Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing & Lead Times All in-stock orders are processed within [1-2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If a product, such as a specific PARICO treatment table, is on backorder or has a factory lead time, it will be explicitly stated on the product page.

Standard & Freight Shipping Because of the size and weight of our medical equipment, most treatment tables and heavy furniture ship via LTL (Less Than Truckload) Freight. Smaller items may ship via standard ground service (FedEx/UPS).

  • Standard Freight Delivery: Includes standard curbside or loading dock delivery. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground but will not bring it inside your facility.

  • Inside Delivery / White Glove: If your clinic requires the table to be brought inside, unpacked, or requires a liftgate, please contact us prior to ordering at [Your Email/Phone], as additional freight surcharges will apply.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Receiving Your Freight Shipment (CRITICAL) When your medical equipment arrives, you must inspect the packaging for damage before signing the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading). * If you see visible damage to the box or pallet, you must note "DAMAGED" on the driver's paperwork before signing.

  • If the item is severely damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

  • Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt releases the freight company from liability, and PARICO Medical cannot be held responsible for replacement costs.

Geographic Restrictions Currently, we only ship to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
